Dear North Point Clients:
We hope you and your families are all safe and well as we enter the next phase of this peculiar time in our lives. The NP office has been closed to in-person meetings for the last six weeks in accordance with the state of ND guidelines. As the nation has now “flattened the curve” we will now follow the updated “Smart Restart” guidelines provided by the state of ND and implement further precautions for your safety.
Virtual Meetings: Our office has purchased Zoom software that allows us to host video/audio calls with screen sharing. This tool provides the ability to review account performance and eMoney reports just like we would in a face-to-face review meeting. We hope many of you are willing to try this option as it has been working very well so far. We set the meeting up on our end and you can simply join on either your phone, tablet or home computer by clicking the link in an email and following the prompts.
Telephone Meetings: For more basic questions and reviews.
In-Person Meetings: This will evolve over time as we become more comfortable with being together in the same space. At this time, we plan to begin in-person meetings the week of May 18th. In the past, this has been our preferred method of meeting, and I know many of you feel the same. In addition to extra cleaning and disinfecting between meetings, we will have hand sanitizer, air purifiers and a proper distancing arrangement in our conference room. We ask that you all adhere to the ND guidelines as posted on our front door, when you are in the office. With many NP clients falling into the “at risk” category, we need to be sure we are doing everything we can to protect them.
This is our new normal for now as we work to get back to the way things were just two months ago. Thank you all so much for being supportive of us through the years and especially during this unique situation.
Sincerely,
The North Point Team
