With a previous background in the cooperative industry, it is important to Sterling to “do the right thing, always” and be a servant leader. He is committed to a journey of lifelong learning and serving clients to positively impact their financial goals.

Sterling was born and raised in Burlington, ND. He attended college at the University of Mary where he was a member of the Emerging Leaders Academy. Prior to joining North Point, Sterling worked as a Software Project Manager for a technology cooperative.
